There has been a lot of bugs going around at the moment which appear to start off as a virus but then progress to a chest infection or worse. I have put together a layout that I used to help combat the issues linked with this.
The crystals I used were:-
Clear Quartz Crystal Grid
Emerald x 2 (The stone of recovery - one either side of chest area)
Rhodochrosite x 1 on Heart Charka to help heal lungs
Flourite x 1 on Third Eye to aid with cold and flu symptoms and clear sinus
Diopside x 1 on Upper Chest (R) side area to aid recovery from illness and aid with lung issues such as infection and asthma
Hiddenite x 1 on Uppler Chest (L) side to aid with lung issues
Rose Quartz x 1 on HIgher Heart to heal asthmatic issues and give self love
Fire agate x 1 on Sacral Chakra to give us back our mojo and strength to reover
Blue Lace Agate on Throat chakra for sore throat
1 x Infinite to activate all the other stones placed on Solar Plexus
1 x Mangano Calcite to hold in right hand to enhance Reiki Energy
I x Super Seven at crown chakra pointing towards the body drawing down the violet flame to cleanse the body of dis-ease.
