If you are joining me in sending the healing, place a small amethyst druze (Or tumblestone if you don't have a druze) on your heart chakra. Visualise channelling the healing energy down through your crown chakra and visualise it emerging out through your heart chakra and into the Amethyst Druze. See the energy emerging from the Amethyst points and firing out in all directions to where the healing energy is needed.
