Meditating on the Healing Properties of Angelilte

As I had been coughing most of the day with the after math of this virus, I decided to just do a general healing and not investigate the crystal I was using which was Angelite.

I placed the Angelite on my throat chakra in the hope that it would ease my coughing. I also placed both hands on my upper chest in the area of my lungs which have been aggravated by my asthma. The first thing to note is that I did not cough for the whole time of the meditation. It felt as if I had hands all over me which gave me the idea of a Distance Reiki Share. If we all concentrated on a particular part of the body, it would provide a powerful healing for those who request it.

Although I had not intended to study the crystal Angelite tonight when I began the healing, I think my guides had other ideas. Something unexpected came up, which was a random memory, of how I had got upset a while ago when someone let me down. I chose not to speak about it to that person at the time as I knew them very well and although their actions had upset me greatly, it was not intentional on their part. Had I spoke out about it, it would only have created a negative emotion between us. I thought I had let it go, but obviously not. I decided it was time to deal with it and my guides showed me a large wooden old door. I opened the door, took the toxic emotion and put it outside the door and into a trash can. It was then my intent that it would be taken away and incinerated. Once I had shut the door, the music in my ears became more intense and sort of clearer and I felt cleansed and calm. I began analysing this and realised that it was probably to do with the Angelite that I had placed on my throat chakra. When we don’t speak our truth it can cause blockages in the chakra associated with that part of the body, hence the throat. It could have been that this initial blockage was enough in balance within my own metaphysical body to allow the virus to take hold in the first place.

In conclusion I feel that Angelite would be good for easing coughing when placed on the throat. Also for releasing blockages within the throat chakra.
